Things have been such a whirlwind since Little man was born! We are adjusting to life as parents, and we absolutely love it!
Little man was born April 26, at 11:36 pm, weighing 5 pounds and 12 ounces. He was six weeks early, so he was immediately taken to the NICU unit, He spent a week there (such a scary week for us new parents!), and was released on May 2.
We called our attorney the next morning to tell him that Little man had been discharged, so that the ICPC interstate paperwork could be sent out. We got a call on June 4 saying the paperwork had cleared and that he could legally go home!
Little man was just weighed on Friday (June 4), and he now weighs well over 8 pounds! He was 8 pounds 8 ounces, and they told me he’s gaining an average of an ounce and a half a day!
